Installing the Remote Support Software
 
Here is a step-by-step guide to installing the GoToAssist remote connection software after receiving your 9-digit Remote Support key.
 

1.

 

Go to www.fastsupport.com and enter your name and 9-digit Support Key.

 

Click the “Launch Software” button to begin downloading the required software (if the downloader does not open automatically, click “manually download the software” and see the instructions below)


2. 

 

The software will download, and you will be prompted to run the downloaded application.


3.

 

Click “Run” to install the application.


4.

 

 

The software will install and you will be asked to approve the session with your technician.


5.

 


6.

 

Click “Yes” to allow the technician to connect to your computer.


7. 

 

 

The technician will now be able to view and control your computer. The GoToAssist Express dock allows you to end your session at any time and chat in real time with your technician.
